I love being able to just literally run out the door and get my workout in without having to drive to the gym, and change, and workout and change again, and get home...

Keep it up! For dinner, we had butternut squash soup, maple-glazed salmon and asparagus with smashed potatoes and cupcakes for dessert!
In other news: I ran outside today! I have only ever run outside in the winter once before and it was -20 and very unenjoyable. So, I have been getting runs in on the treadmill (or dreadmill) and doing other cardio exercise instead. But today when I was getting ready for the gym, I just felt like I wanted to run outside. So I did! I did an easy and flat 4 mile on a route I've done many times so I knew all the short cuts in case I needed to turn around. But guess what... I didn't freeze, or fall, or get lose a toe to frostbite... I did fine! It was actually enjoyable. Reading your blog actually gave me a push to go outside. Seeing you and Leigh's efforts on days much colder than today made me realize I should give it a try!
Laurawebslyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07514175166308126368noreply@blogger.com
